Born and raised in Oroville, California, Hal Gabrielson attended local schools and got his start in the insurance industry in 1973. Hal worked for California State Automobile Insurance (AAA) for twenty-five years and learned everything there is to know about writing automotive insurance. When he started with AAA there were only two sales representatives and four office staff members working in the office, but over the next twenty-five years the office grew to a staff of over thirty people.

Hal Gabrielson was offered an early retirement from AAA in 1998 and accepted. This allowed him the time to start his own insurance agency. Hal Gabrielson Insurance Agency now has a staff of four highly professional insurance agents ready to help you with your insurance needs.

On a personal note, Hal Gabrielson has been happily married to his wife, Tammy, for many years. He has three grown children and two grandchildren and he really enjoys the time he spends with his family.
